In SAS® Pack Optimization, the Default Settings for a user assigned the Profile Scoring Setting Viewer role might be grayed out and not selectable. This issue occurs when the user's product-location permissions are set to a level of the product hierarchy other than the highest possible level.
The workaround for this issue is to set the product-location permissions to the highest level of the product hierarchy.
